Getting Started
   

Training at Cityboxer is designed to be a fun and rewarding experience. The first thing to do is book a trial session, you can do this by clicking here or e-mailing info@cityboxer.com

if you need more information. Trial sessions are important for these reasons:

1. A qualified trainer will get the opportunity to evaluate your present level of fitness and asses your medical and sporting history. This is obviously imperative when designing your specific training schedule.

2. It gives you a chance to meet the trainers and experience the Cityboxer training culture and facilities first hand. This in turn will give you a better perspective on the best way forward for your boxing training.
